Account Information Accuracy

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information. If any registered details change (including mobile number or payment method), the player must update their account promptly. ctk11 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information.

• ctk11 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion, including daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps, which may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. ctk11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may be required to do so before a withdrawal is released. ctk11 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared rollover obligations may be requested for withdrawal.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical means to interact with the Platform or place bets in a manner not consistent with genuine individual player behaviour.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, bet, or contest offered on the Platform.
• Knowingly exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings generated as a result of a software error will be voided.
• Submitting false, forged, or misleading identification documents during KYC verification or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. ctk11 cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating suspected financial crime.

ctk11 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it believes may be in breach of these conduct rules. During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily restricted. ctk11 is not liable for any losses a player incurs as a result of a restriction applied during a legitimate investigation.

Account Management

Account Suspension and Termination

ctk11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action without prior notice.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct rules above.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request has been submitted.
• Where ctk11 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of an account presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform, its players, or third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ctk11 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, and promotional materials — is the property of ctk11 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of ctk11 content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ctk11 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes without limitation any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ctk11 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ctk11's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. ctk11 will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Amendments

Changes to These Terms

ctk11 may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record. The revised Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Players who do not agree to the revised Terms should cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Governing Law
